![]() ![]() And sweet Caleb, what a delight! The narrators, as incredible as ever! They told the story clearly and vividly, and I loved the flashbacks. Although it didn't excuse his actions, it made sense as to why he was the way he was. Also, we get to see more into what makes Caleb tick. HOT! It was steamy and passionate yet more intimate and vulnerable. There was plenty of plot-twists and enough action to keep you satisfied for a long time. Wicked Promises was an explosive conclusion to the trilogy. Now, though, I've got to go buy the previous books in this series so I can have all the pieces. ![]() I can definitely see myself listening to this book again in the future. I thought the narrators were good, particularly the female one. Who was the stalker/kidnapper? Who was the true murderer? How many people were involved in this whacked-out mystery? It was quite the ride, that's for sure. It had me guessing and re-guessing what was going on. They were such complex and tainted characters that it was hard to tell where or how things were going to go. ![]() Braids of lies, lost memories, loss, and love. ![]() Deep, everlasting, but so warped and tangled. So suspenseful! And the relationship between Caleb and Margo. I had no clue what it was about, but I decided to check it out while doing my nails one night. ![]()
